PT is a great way to progress quickly towards your goals.

Following an assessment and consultation an individual programme is designed to ensure you reach your goals.

At each session I will work with you on a one to one basis to ensure you get the most from your training. PT with me will motivate and keep you on target to reach your goals in the shortest time possible.

Absolutely anybody can benefit from PT, So, whether you are just starting out or have been training for a number of years, PT can help you reach your goals.

Don’t forget, even the world’s best athletes & sportsmen/women all have trainers or coaches to monitor and measure their performance and progress. PT enables you to benefit from this type of support.

So whether you are a complete beginner, more advanced or if your goal is to tone your figure, lose weight, build muscle, you will reach your individual goals much quicker with the help of our  PT sessions together.

Partner sessions are available where you come with either a family member, husband and wife, mother and daughter or with a  friend and share the session.

Price: £35.00 per session

12 week 2 x per week Body Transformation Package – £599 saving £316 on the full individual prices of £915.00

Following an initial consultation this packages involves a 12 week individual programme that includes working with me twice per week to quickly transform your body and improve your health and fitness.This package also includes a full nutritional therapy consultation and nutritional plan to follow.

12 week 1 x per week Body Transformation Package – £350 saving £50 on full invidual prices of £420.00

Following an initial consultation this packages involves a 12 week individual programme that includes working with me once per week to transform your body and improve your health and fitness. This package also includes nutritional advice to follow.

Bespoke individual packages can also be put together to meet your specific needs & budget.
