Link to a clip of me setting a new pb on one of my favourite chest exercises. Previous best was 5 reps with the 45kg (99lb) dumbells in my mid 40’s. So great to get 8 reps in reasonable form at 56 years of age. nearly 200lbs at a bodyweight of around 185lbs at the moment. I’m just coming to the end of a very productive 3 month training programme.
Just goes to show that age really is just a number. New 3 month programme being set to start 2018.
